(Applied NanoStructures Inc.)
AppNano is the leading manufacturer of AFM tips and AFM calibration structures. A wide variety of cantilevers is available with different coating options. Please have a look at the AppNano website.
For Nanosurf AFM (easyScan, easyScan2, Mobile S and easyScan2 FlexAFM) the following AppNano AFM tips are recommended:
- ACLA-10 (10 pieces) or ACLA-20 (20 pieces) for the dynamic scan mode
- SICONA-10 or SICONA-20 for the "static mode" (contact mode)
AppNano - AFM tips are also available readily premounted for the direct use with AFM - systems from Park Systems and Ambios/Quesant.
Plese see here for the latest press release in the Imaging & Microscopy magazine
